On Tuesday November 9th the Magna Chamber of commerce and Salt Lake County Economic Development will be holding a training course on a grant program available to businesses in Magna. The training will be held at the Webster Center (Former Senior Center) on 8952 W 2700 S, at 3:00 pm. This one hour training will give interested parties all the information they need to apply for grant funds.

The grant is administered by Salt Lake County and is available to most businesses in Magna excluding those in the Arbor Park Redevelopment Area. The grant provides matching funds for advertising and other administrative expenses.

Come and find out if your business can take advantage of the grant program. We will also be privileged to receive training on how to put together a marketing plan and get the most from your advertising dollars. A marketing professional from advertising firm, Richter 7, will be providing training on how to put together an effective marketing plan and make the most of this grant program.

Refreshments from Kiwi Bakery will be provided, the class is provided for free as a service to the businesses in Magna. You do not need to be a member of the Magna Chamber of Commerce to attend this training.  This will be a very valuable training and well worth your time.
